When you are ready to place your order you will need to also send us some idea of what you want on your garments or promotional items. If you do not have your artwork in digital format we can also replicate it off of your business card or letterhead. We can work with these but we prefer clean camera-ready artwork.

If you would like us to create original artwork or would like us to replicate artwork from your business card or letterhead please send a request to art@vipembroidery.com

We are happy to let you know that we now accept many different formats of digital artwork. When sending us your digital artwork please send it in one of the following formats: 1) EPS, 2) TIFF, 3) JPEG or 4) CDR. Please remember to include all screen and printer fonts or convert all type to outlines before sending.

You can e-mail your artwork to us at art@vipembroidery.com or you can mail us your artwork on: 1) 3.5" floppies, 2) Iomega Zip Disks or 3) CD's.
